We provide all necessary protective gear, including overalls, face protection, and gloves. Before each session, our team will give a detailed safety briefing. We require participants to wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes to prevent injuries from glass and debris. Our rage rooms are designed to ensure a safe and controlled environment for all our guests.

- Wear sturdy closed-toe shoes that have thick soles.
- Sandals and flip-flops are not allowed.

📍How To Find The Rage Room
Directions to the Rage Room in Eindhoven
Our address is Kronehoefstraat 76, Eindhoven, but please note that the entrance is at the back of the building. Here’s how to find us:
By Car:
- Use Otterstraat 133 as your destination in your navigation system.
- Once there, you’ll find free parking available. Walk through the parking area to the entrance at the back of the building marked “Lichtblok” and call 0613485012 to open the door
On Foot or By Bike:
- If you arrive at the front of the building on Kronehoefstraat the old “bpd” building, walk around the building to the back through the parking area at the door with “Lichtblok“. Keep to the right to locate the entrance. When you are at the door with Lichtblok on it call 0613485012.
Important Notes:
- We are located on the 4th floor.
- The downstairs door is locked, please call us at 0613485012, and we’ll assist you immediately.
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.
For your Safety:
- Bring sturdy shoes with thick soles, because we don’t provide safety shoes.
- Dress in clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. When smashing bottles, sometimes really small amounts of liquid will make our safety equipment wet, leaving stains on your clothes.

Will I be alone in the Rage Room, or will there be others?
Yes! When you book a session, the Rage Room is exclusively yours for the entire time. We offer a completely private experience, meaning no strangers will be in the room with you. It’s just you (or your group) and the smashables—so you can fully unleash your energy in total privacy! 💥🔥

1. What is a Rage Room?
A Rage Room, also known as a smash room or anger room, is a space where you can release stress and anger by smashing items. It offers a therapeutic outlet in a safe environment.
2. How does a Rage Room session work?
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted and given an overview. First, you’ll receive safety gear. Then, choose your tools and enter the room filled with items to smash. You have 25-30 minutes to smash away. Or an hour with the larger packages.
3. What items can I smash?
Our rage rooms include bottles, glasses, desks, chairs, computers, and more. We also offer themed setups and special items on request.
4. What tools can I use to smash?
We provide pipes, hammers, and crowbars. Choose your tool before entering.
5. Is it safe?
Yes, safety is our priority. We provide gear and a safety briefing. Our rooms are designed for safety, and staff are always on hand.
6. What are the therapeutic benefits?
Rage Rooms help relieve stress and anger. Smashing releases emotions, reduces stress, and improves well-being. Many find it cathartic and rejuvenating.
7. What are the age requirements?
Participants must be at least 18 years old. However, minors 14-17 can join with parental consent and supervision.
8. How much does it cost?
Prices vary by package and group size:
- Individual: €37.5
- Small Group (up to 6): €175-€225
- Large Group (up to 10): €390

Yes, you can bring personal items if they comply with our guidelines. Inform staff in advance.

Absolutely! We offer packages for private events and corporate outings, including services like catering and drinks.
11. How do I book a session?
Book on our website. Select your package, check availability, fill out the form, and pay. Or contact us via phone or email.
12. What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that you dont mind getting dirty/stained, and closed-toe shoes with thick soles. We provide overalls, face shields, and gloves. We don’t provide any type of safety shoes.
13. What if I have a medical condition?
Inform staff of any conditions. We will accommodate your needs for safety.
14. Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, contact us more than 72 hours in advance. If you want to reschedule less than 72 hours before your booking you will pay a rescheduling fee. Check our website for the policy.
15. What are your operating hours?
Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00 to 22:00. Check our booking page for slots.
