1. Booking Conditions

• Acceptance of Terms: By booking a session with The Rage Room Eindhoven and Amsterdam or entering the rage room area of activity, participants acknowledge and accept all the terms and conditions stated herein.
• Age Requirement & Booking Validity: For safety reasons, participants must be at least 7 years old to join a Rage Room session. All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a supervising adult, who must also be booked into the session and present in the room at all times.
• Participant Responsibility & Liability Waiver: By booking a session, participants acknowledge that they enter at their own risk and take full responsibility for themselves and anyone they bring into the Rage Room. The Rage Room Eindhoven and Amsterdam is not liable or responsible for any injuries, harm, or damage participants cause to themselves or others during their session.
• Safety: The Rage Room Eindhoven and Amsterdam prioritizes a safe and controlled environment. Participants will receive protective gear and a safety briefing. However, we are not responsible for any injuries, damages, accidents, or fatalities that may occur during any session inside the rage room. Participants must act carefully during their session.
• Liability Waiver: By booking a session, you agree to waive any claims against The Rage Room Eindhoven and Amsterdam for personal injury, property damage, accidents, or death arising from your participation.
• Filming: You consent to being filmed for security and promotional purposes. No identifiable information will be used.
• Mental Health & Medical Disclaimer: Participants acknowledge that engaging in a rage room session may involve intense physical exertion and emotional stimulation. If you have a history of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), panic attacks, severe anxiety, or any other mental health condition, you should consult with your doctor before booking a session. The Rage Room Eindhoven and Amsterdam is not responsible for any mental or emotional distress triggered by the experience.
• Allergy & Sensory Disclaimer: Some materials used in the rage room, such as electronics, glass, or remnants of spilled liquids, may release odors, dust, or small particles that could cause skin irritation, allergic reactions, or respiratory discomfort. Participants acknowledge that they enter the Rage Room at their own risk, and The Rage Room Eindhoven and Amsterdam is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from exposure during the session.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations and Rescheduling:
  
  • More than 14 days before the session: Full refund.
  • Less than 14 days before the session: No refunds if canceling.
  • Rescheduling: Free of charge up to 72 hours before the session start time. Rescheduling less than 72 hours before the session start time is subject to a rescheduling fee.
  • Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late will be canceled or rescheduled FREE of charge.
  • Missed Appointments: If a participant arrives late and misses the session, The Rage Room Eindhoven and Amsterdam is not responsible, even if they were unable to find the location. Missed appointments may be rescheduled FREE of charge.

3. During Your Visit

• Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may be denied entry without a refund.
• Refusal of Service: The Rage Room Eindhoven and Amsterdam reserves the right to refuse service for valid reasons, such as intoxication or disruptive behavior. No refunds will be given in such cases.
• Damage to Property: Any damage caused beyond the intended items will be charged to the responsible party, plus a €50 administration fee.

4. Safety Rules

• Age: All participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult participant.
• Protective Gear: Masks, gloves, and safety gear must be worn at all times.
• Weapon Handling: Weapons must remain in the designated area and must not be used against others.
• Room Integrity: The room itself, including walls and floors, is not meant to be damaged.
• Respectful Behavior: Maintain a safe distance from others and be aware of your surroundings.
• Report Issues: Any discomfort or injuries should be reported to staff immediately.

5. Participant Liability

• Participant Responsibility: The Rage Room Eindhoven and Amsterdam is not liable or responsible for any injuries, damages, harm, or death participants cause to themselves during their session.
• Full Risk & Responsibility: Participants acknowledge that they take full responsibility for their own safety and any harm that may occur during their session. Any injuries, whether minor or severe, are solely the participant’s responsibility.
• Personal Risk: Participants acknowledge that they are fully responsible for their own actions and any resulting injuries or damages during their session.
• A. Explicit Risk Acknowledgment
  
  Customer acknowledges that participation in the rage room involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
  
  broken glass and sharp materials
  slippery surfaces
  physical exertion
  risk of falling or injury
  
  Participation is entirely at the customer’s own risk.
  
  

  B. Mandatory Safety Compliance
  
  Customers must:
  
  follow all safety instructions at all times
  wear provided protective equipment correctly
  move carefully and not behave recklessly
  
  Failure to comply results in:
  
  immediate termination of session
  no refund
  
  

  C. Floor & Environment Disclaimer
  
  The customer acknowledges that:
  
  broken materials, including glass, will be present on the floor
  surfaces may become uneven or slippery during the activity
  
  This is an essential and unavoidable part of the experience.
  
  

  D. No Refund After Participation
  
  Once the session has started:
  
  the service is considered delivered
  no refunds will be granted, regardless of early termination
  
  

  E. Injury & Liability Limitation
  
  The company is not liable for:
  
  injuries resulting from normal participation
  injuries caused by failure to follow instructions
  injuries resulting from known and accepted risks
  
  

  F. Misuse / False Claims Protection
  
  If a claim is found to be:
  
  exaggerated
  misleading
  or not supported by evidence
  
  The company reserves the right to:
  
  recover legal costs
  deny all compensation
  
  

  G. Medical Responsibility
  
  Customers confirm:
  
  they are physically fit to participate
  they will immediately report any discomfort or injury

• Mental & Physical Reactions: Participants are solely responsible for monitoring their own physical and emotional well-being during the session. If a participant experiences panic attacks, emotional distress, or other negative psychological effects, The Rage Room Eindhoven and Amsterdam is not responsible for any consequences. Participants are encouraged to consult with a medical professional before participating if they have any concerns about their ability to engage in the session safely.
• Environmental & Contact Risks: Participants acknowledge that exposure to broken glass, electronics, liquid remnants, and airborne particles carries risks of skin irritation, allergic reactions, respiratory discomfort, or minor cuts and bruises. The Rage Room Eindhoven and Amsterdam is not liable for any such injuries or conditions.

6. Dress Code & Safety Measures

• Footwear: Participants must wear sturdy shoes with thick soles. The Rage Room Eindhoven and Amsterdam does not provide safety shoes.
• Clothing: Participants should dress in clothes that they don’t mind getting dirty. When smashing bottles, small amounts of liquid may get on the protective gear and transfer onto clothing, causing stains.

7. Website Use and Copyright

• Purpose: The website provides information about rage room services and related topics. Visitors can browse, request quotes, contact the company, make bookings, or request more information.
• Copyright: The content on the website is copyrighted. Reproduction is prohibited except for personal use or sharing with third parties with proper attribution.

8. Privacy Statement

• Data Collection: Your data is collected for internal use and to facilitate communication.
• Data Sharing: Your data will not be sold or rented to third parties without your explicit consent.
• Data Usage: Collected information is used to process bookings and respond to inquiries.
• Data Deletion: To remove your data, email hello@therageroom.nl with the subject “Unsubscribe.”
